FEES & HOURS

Fees for Notary Services:
  • $15 per signature
  • $55+ for Mobile Service (determined by location and time)
  • Wait Fee $60 per hour (assessed incrementally)

Fees for Loan Document Signing Services:
  • $250 - $350  for first set of loan documents (purchase, refinance, etc.)
  • $150+  for second set of loan documents at same signing
  • $45  for printing of E-docs (2 sets of one loan)
Notary On Wheels accepts payment by Cash, Check, Zelle, and Credit Cards.
